⚠️ This action is irreversible. Once deleted, you can't recover your posts, photos, or account information.

🔧 Steps:

1. Log in to your Facebook account.

2. Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.

3. Click on Your Facebook Information in the left-hand menu.

4. Select Deactivation and Deletion.

5. Choose Delete Account, then click Continue to Account Deletion.

6. Enter your password, then click Delete Account.

⏳ Facebook allows up to 30 days to cancel the deletion request. After that, all your data will be permanently deleted.

⏸️ How to Temporarily Deactivate Your Facebook Account

This hides your profile and content, but you can return anytime by logging in.

🔧 Steps:

1. Log in and go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.

2. Click Your Facebook Information > Deactivation and Deletion.

3. Choose Deactivate Account.

4. Follow the prompts and confirm with your password.

🔒 You can still use Messenger if you deactivate your account (unless you choose to deactivate Messenger separately).

Before deleting, consider downloading a copy of your Facebook data:
